Depuis 1850, la famille Saint-Gerons est \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019atelier \u00e0 Mendaro.<\/p>

Cette famille de ma\u00eetres chocolatiers a install\u00e9 un moulin \u00e0 chocolat qui tournait par traction animale et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 plus tard par le premier moteur \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 \u00eatre mis en service dans le Guip\u00fazcoa.<\/p>
