The Txindurri Iturri farmhouse makes organic cider from apples grown in the estate, using traditional methods. It is possible to taste the cider directly from the barrels.

This traditional Basque cider house is located in the Mardari neighbourhood of Itziar, and welcomes visitors year-round. It is possible to see the cider-making process using traditional methods, and to taste it directly from the barrel, along with a delicious cider house menu: cod with green peppers, chorizo cooked in cider, cod omelette, t-bone steak, and for dessert walnuts, sheep's cheese and quince jelly. The restaurant sits 60, and has ample parking space. It is also a guesthouse.
